While it's occuring to me at the moment that I'm not entirely sure where the title comes from, I did find myself hooked on the characters and storyline. There was a romantic quality to the librarians, making sure that everyone had the access to books and reading. Spoiler: I'm still confused on what exactly was "wrong" with Bennett; I'm not entirely sure what Moyes wanted us to feel about his character. But overall, a good story.

A new favorite for sure. Love this book and the badass women in it.

I enjoyed this book a lot more than I expected to. I thought it might be a little fluffy but the plot was pacy & the characters were well written. Strong, independent women getting on with it dealing with prejudice in small town Kentucky.
