As I said before it's another book that I got delayed to read , I am starting to consider buying kindle editions from next week , which is not only cheaper but also quicker . We'll see what happens
Meanwhile Red Hood & the outlaws continues it's brilliant work right where it left off in the last edition as Jason manages to infiltrate into the Black Mask's gang and is revealed that Black Mask plans to make him his Heir . Much to Jason's and the readers disappointment however the Black Mask doesn't share his master plan with Jason and that leads him to go on his first mission for Black Mask and in turn reunite (in a way) with Artemis , setting stage for the battle between the Fallen Robin and the Amazonian in the next issue .
Scott Lobdell's Red Hood & outlaw series is starting to mimic Grayson and the present Robin run a lot but there's just some fun aspect in reading Jason kick ass and mingle with the dirty scum while reminiscing his old days with the Bats that make Lobdell's work more entertaining . Meanwhile the art by Dexter Soy and his crew is in my opinion the best in DC right now , there's a dark tone to the art but it never bogs you down , meanwhile the sketches remain consistent with every page making the book very pleasing to look at . Another must read , Making August 10th the best week for comics

As with the Rebirth issue, this was surprisingly good. I don't think I need to keep getting it as single issues, but I'll definitely be picking it up in trades. Good, fun stuff.

Not much action, more on story and character build up but as always, this is good and I see a lot of potential for the next issues to come.

Really surprised by how much I'm enjoying this series. Almost makes up for how the main Batman book is now.
