Ich kann gut verstehen, dass dieses Buch nicht das beliebsteste Werk von Kerstin Gier ist; objektiv habe ich auch das Gefühl, sie hat besseres geschrieben. Allerdings finde ich, es gibt wenig besseres für einen entpsannenden, süßen Read in der Vorweihnachtszeit. Seit Erscheinungsjahr habe ich es einmal im Dezember gelesen und seitdem jedes Jahr erneut als Hörbuch gehört und immer wieder sehr gern gemocht, mittlerweile lieber als beim ersten Lesen. Die Charaktere sind wie immer liebenswert, es ist witzig und es kommt kommt auch ein wenig Spannung hinzu, v.a. gegen Ende - es braucht ziemlich, bis diese sich aufbaut ehrlicherweise.
