This was a light, sweet, fun book, full of emotion and romance. I absolutely flew through it, but the pacing just felt slightly off to me. Overall, though, definitely recommend because, hello sapphic romance!

ARC kindly provided by the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a cute read with a little bit of spice and an interesting plot! My favorite parts were the jokes! The humor was great! Nice read!

Another enjoyable, angsty, funny read by Karelia Stetz-Waters. However, I didn't love it as much as previous reads.

I loved the sexual dysfunction aspect. That was really interesting and not something I see much of in our genre. Stetz-Waters always does a fantastic job of making her characters real and deep. The humor was spot on, also. Loved the family and secondary characters.

So what was my issue that made this a 4 star instead of a 5 star read? It was mostly the Cherry Covered Apron arc. By itself, it was fine but the way it linked the characters was too much for me to believe. It might not be a big deal but it made the entire story less believable. There was already a lot going on with these two characters and that extra arc pushed me over the edge to feeling like there was too much happening. I don't know that I'm explaining myself well. It's hard to put words to how I felt - I'm not a professional writer - but I hope you understand what I'm getting at.

I'm still feeling like, right now, Stetz-Waters is my favorite romance author. I just love her voice and style. It's not often that I can binge three books in a row by the same author and still love them.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for letting me continue my love affair with the author's books.

2.5 stars rounded up. I enjoyed the characters and the story, but the chapters felt very disjointed... There was no flow I received an ARC of the book and stopped reading it, but I bought the audiobook and started listening to it the day it was released. The result was even more jarring! I kept thinking the audiobook had downloaded incorrectly and I'd go back to the ARC and see that it was not. It was very frustrating.

I liked this book much more than the other one that I read from this author (satisfaction guaranteed) but I got 20% into it and found that I didn't have any drive to continue
