This tech bro fever dream oscillates between Eric’s thoughts and the thoughts of his supposed super hero. This book sounds off like a business majors first encounter with pot, he grabs the pulpit and never let’s go.

The book can be used as a guide for virtually any situation in life and is worth referring to again and again.

"Easy choices lead to hard life, Hard choices lead to easy life".

I will keep this book on my nightstand and go through it every once in life, just to keep that one idea in mind.

A little meh for me. While there were spots to highlight — there was also a lot of classist and elitist BS, frankly. Defiant one that can be skimmed (which is one his key pieces of advice: read a lot. Read widely. Feel free to skim.

So there you have it.

Just a concise thesis on what Naval considers to be the most important lessons in life.

There's nothing overly new here. Although, that's not to say I didn't take anything away. It's full of a lot of great/common-sense aphorisms.

Overall, a great, light-ish philosophical read.

Nothing groundbreaking.

It's just things everyone knows, but sometimes you want someone to say it to you, to remind you.
