This is a compilation of Greta’s speeches/Facebook/Instagram and everything else in-between and it was absolutely impactful. While the book is small (less than two hours on Audible), there was more information, plea, and change than I could have asked for! It was amazing and you can feel the passion radiating off of this beautiful soul.

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK.

Keep an open mind, come up with a game plan to make a difference, and share your ideas/thoughts/impact!

*The only thing that I feel like was a bother to me with this book was that it was very repetitive, but still a good read.

Short and sweet. The book isn't too small to make a difference.

The book is a collection of various speeches given by Greta Thunberg over the past few years. This has a few consequences.

Naturally the book is a little repetitive, the same points come up again and again. This, however, has the consequence of beating a simple message into the reader: We are running out of time.

The format additionally gives a sense of how little has changed in western government policy in spite of the mounting grassroots pressure for radical action.

If you want to buy your friend a book to scare them into action. This is it.

While I think Greta is extremely inspiring and a voice for change, this book of speeches felt repetitive and almost unnecessary to have published together as a book. I appreciate the need for repeating facts and sticking to the same message when it comes to activating people to change, but these speeches probably work better as stand alone pieces.

“We are the change and change is coming.” I love Greta Thunberg! We all need to listen to what she has to say, but more importantly, act on it! The only reason why I gave this book 3 stars is because all 10 of her speeches were VERY similar.
