I quite liked this book. There was quite a lot of chracter development. I feel like we should have had mkre about Logan's backstory with his parents to understand his character more. I also think that we should have had more of Leah's backstory too. It just felt a bit rushed as we just got introduced to the characters and didn't have much about their pasts.

This was really cute, I liked this book. Not very spicy, just a couple scenes but the romance was so cute. I loved Logan and Leah,

whenever I felt like she should communicate better, she’d explain why she was insecure. Well paced. This was really sweet, maybe not the most memorable but I enjoyed it a lot.

I never read the poker series from Maggie Gates, but I loooooove the Fall Creek series. Again all the ensemble of characters is so well done. However the characters and the story felt a bit flat for me, compared to other books with a similar trope/plot
