I never tire of Karen's books. They always keep me gripped as I ride the rollercoaster that are her thrillers. This story, is Diesel and Dani's story, and I love that they share a special skill of sign language. How terrifying would it be to be deaf with a serial killer on your tail? Well this is what this story is all about.
Diesel is the perfect hero. Big, brash, with a heart of gold. Dani has a huge back story that leaves you wishing for her HEA.
Do they get it? That's for you to find out, me - I can't wait until the next of Karen's Cincinnati series.

2.5 stars.
I guess after 23 books it was bound to happen.
I didn't enjoy this one at all and had to skim my way to the end.
Since I love everything else KR has written, I will definitely pick up the next book.

Romantic Suspense. Not Great Literature. and THAT'S OKAY. Sometimes you just need a book where the beautiful people all love each other and change the world. with a few cliches thrown in.

This is the conclusion to the Cincinnati series as far as I can tell and it wraps up nicely. I really love how by the end of Karen's books you feel like you know the characters and get all the feels for them.
