A very touching and grounded romance. Characters are all in their thirties and dealing with the realities of finding love after grief and fear have kept you from prioritizing your happiness. I loved how real everyone felt and the way GAD is depicted really resonated with my own experience

Rating this book was honestly pretty challenging. While I loved the representation right from the start (although definitely not the same as my own lived experiences, they felt very authentic), Dara and Chris were both not super likeable. They definitely grew on me as the book progressed and they worked to be there for each other, but it took time to root for them. The end of the book was extremely beautiful though.
