Not a book I would have chosen by myself, and it did go a bit slow, but I was really intrigued all the way through.

Whilst I liked this book, I didn't love it. The story was interesting and I did enjoy reading it and the way it was written, however it just failed to really engage me. None of the characters really stood out and whereas many books I can't wait to pick back up and keep reading, this one didn't make me feel compelled to pick it up as often as possible. I'd give it 3.5 if I could, however I definitely didn't love it enough to give it 4 stars.
