The honest sharing in this book allowed me to understand a little more my friend who is constantly anxious about how others view them. It was an easy read, up till the post-script where the short stories/notes were little hard to follow or connect with.

As someone who also has anxiety & depression, I found a lot of points of connection between myself and the author. The areas where we differ were still interesting to read, to see another person's heavy inner thoughts and feelings. Very brave author, i am so glad she was able to write this book.
