A refreshing change of setting from London to the English countryside. It was nice to have Peter interact with a new cast of characters and some of the ones I've come to love.

I'm excited to jump into the some of the novellas that tell parallel stories during the same time period!

Loved the idea and the story, but too many loose ends that were just ignored!
And the ending?? It just... Ended! No explanation of WHY the fae wanted to switch back the girls now after so long. Nothing more about the bees or Melissa.
I just found it frustrating and there was all this build up and potential, and it just fizzled.

I've enjoyed all of the other audio books in the Rivers of London series and, while I cannot fault the narration (by the fabulous Kobna Holdbrook-Smith) the storyline of this volume seems *really* slow.
