Had so much fun reading this! I really enjoyed both MCs and appreciated that Daisy was not as immature as a lot of FMCs around her age.
It was good but not as good as others books I read about this author, Elizabeth writing is still engaging and I really liked the couple and their banter but it is more surface level then the other stories she wrote, here it felt like she had chosen to prioritize the sexual attraction between them rather than build a strong deep emotional connection (which was still there but not as much as I am accustomed to from her previous books) don’t get me wrong I still enjoyed the story very much, the chemistry was fire and this author always knows how to build up good tension
First of all I just wanted to say thank you so much for allowing me to get an arc of this amazing story. The love shared between Harrison and Daisy is heartwarming because they are there for one another in a low moment in their life when they are keeping others out of it. They are each other's light in the dark tunnel and are also make slow process with their feelings although they are blatantly obviously which shows the struggle Harrison has with accepting his feelings which I enjoy since it proves his maturity but also that he's thinking his emotions through instead of thinking with his dick. They have become one of my favorite couples I've read in a while because of the way they navigate each other's feelings and validate each other.
