I loved this sweet picture book. All of the illustrations really give each 'feeling' a personality. My favourite pages were anxiety, fear, and love. The nuance of the wording might go a little over small people's heads but its a great one for conversations between parent and child.

It's a kid's picture book.
Caught my attention and was wondering what I will find.
The pictures fit the sentences and the feelings that are portrayed.
Loved the way every feeling is put into its own place.
It's a perfect children's book as an intro to human emotions.

I adore this picture book on emotions.
It reminds me of [a:Deborah Underwood|231395|Deborah Underwood|https://s.gr-assets.com/assets/nophoto/user/u_50x66-632230dc9882b4352d753eedf9396530.png] and her books on Quiet and Loud.
It appears simple in design with only a couple colors and lots of white space, but the message is so powerful in helping to explain feelings.
