Redemption is the redeeming arc of Ashton Tyler. It’s sad and angsty and so beautiful. When you read it, it’ll weasel a piece of itself into your heart and that piece right there is the piece of Rebecca Sharp’s heart that she poured into this book. It’s not at all what I expected, it’s so much more. You’ll feel everything with Redemption and when it’s over you’ll wish you had never read it so that you can experience it all over again for the first time

Redemption

I’m sure I wasn’t alone when I didn’t like Ash much while reading Reputation (yes Blake forgave him in the end but still). But since this book was called Redemption I knew what was coming (kind of). I love when an author can change you mind about a character and redeem them. And Taylor was just perfect for him. There was a lot of heavy emotions in this book, especially with Larry (and her Author’s note at the end just brought more tears.
This was a great set up for the spin-off series and I can’t wait to get more of this quaint little town.
