Tallulah wasn't what I was expecting for Viggo but she was definitely what he needed. She was strong and kind and was a honest work in progress. She knew her flaws and her difficulties and never misled anyone on where she was and what they could expect from her. I really loved the little moments where you saw another facet of her personality that was unexpected from the glimpses we got of her at the start of the book - the way she interacted with Linnie and the other kids, her football skills and dedication to the youth team, the eventual openness to accept the help that she needed. Her point of view was interesting, it showed that not everyone expresses their feelings and attraction openly but that it's still there.
Bless Viggo, it was good to actually get to know him here. He became more of a real person rather than the romance moral compass that he was presented as in the previous books. The presentation of his ADHD made a lot of sense for him and I liked that he found someone that saw the positives in that and didn't make him feel like he was "too much". He was just a sweetheart, so respectful, so hopeful and he treated Lulah so well and never rushed her or pushed her.
I liked the trajectory of their relationship and how it reached a point where it just felt so natural and normal for them to be together. There were so many moments of longing, tension and loveliness. Also, the epilogue suited them as a couple so well and Dr B's speech was lovely.
A great end to the series, everyone is happily matched up and progressing with their lives, they are all content and interlinked. I'm a little sad to have finished all the books in this series now.

I really enjoyed this story because it was from the perspective of the youngest Bergman being a hopeless romantic and pining for someone unavailable. We’re so used to MMCs being manly, assertive or gruff and it was so lovely to read about a man who was openly soft. Grumpy x Sunshine is one of my favourite tropes but especially when it’s reversed.
As usual, Chloe did a great job with the Type 1 diabetes rep. I was pleasantly educated about the advancements in technology for people living with T1D. As a character, Tallulah was also very complex. I found myself having empathy for her and all that she was holding in, even though it made her come across as mean sometimes.
The pacing was great and the humour sprinkled throughout was fun. I just wish that we got more information about Virgo’s ADHD. However, I think this was a beautiful end to the Bergman Brothers series.
