From what was a bumpy start the development of her and Ryan's relationship, Ryan help Indie realise her worth and her help him stop living in fear, the characters really shone.
I'm looking forward to the next book and hoping that Dom and Rio get their own stories.

I’m often too quick to give romance books five stars because I fall in love with the characters! These characters definitely did not disappoint, but the missing .5 star is because I wish we learned more about the other characters in the story.
Overall, spicy, sweet, and a fun read (though the first book in the series takes the cake for me).

very cute! love an emotionally mature love interest & love a fmc who takes no shit! i like that we literally get their whole story from beginning to end, including their near future and a good idea of what their lives look like down the line. it feels very complete at the end and i’m not left wanting anything. I do wish there was more of the actual ‘sports’ included throughout this sports romance series, but I cannot fault the girlies for wanting mostly romance. I’ll adjust my expectations moving forward! 🫡

Indy and Ryan’s story was so good! I felt like I was reading a completely different type of romance story because the issues they both dealt with were new to me and written with such grace and care. Being a hopeless romantic I would love more epilogues 🤷🏻♀️
