Note: This first volume of the "Perfect Edition" is comprised of the first 2 volumes of the regular editions.
Edit 10-10-16:
I've decided to change my rating on this. After getting a few more volumes in, I've really begun to appreciate these first two volumes, as well as the context that they give to the rest of the story. I think that I didn't necessarily enjoy the first volume my first time through because I went into this for the Death Note-esque aspects and a lot of that section is hospital politics, which didn't necessarily interest me. Now that I've gotten a better perspective on the series (granted, it's only 2 more volumes), I think this first bind-up definitely deserves 4 stars. I think this is going to end up being 8/10 (4/5)

Edit 10-2-16:
Final rating: 7.5/10 (3/5) but super close to 8/10 (4/5)
After a little thought I decided to give this 7.5/10, which translates to 3/5 on Goodreads, but I feel that I need to explain my reasoning. This book is a bind-up of 2 of the original editions. The first half/volume didn't really hold my interest. It was a lot of setup that, while well done, was not incredibly interesting to me. BUT it does explain how the MC gets to the point he's at in the second half/volume, so I totally understand why it was necessary. And the second volume definitely begins to get a lot more intriguing.
So even though I'd probably give the first half 3/5 and the second half 4/5, that still averages together to less than 4/5 and I tend to skew my ratings a bit lower because I know my opinions tend to get more negative over time. SO despite this getting 3/5 which is typically seen in a somewhat negative light, I'm really intrigued by the way this volume left off and I'm going to be reading the next several volumes rather soon.

Original opinions:
10-1-16
I was a little skeptical about this series as I began reading it. I read the first half (aka the original volume 1) in one sitting and thought it was interesting, but wasn't incredibly hooked yet. I just finished the second half (aka the original volume 2) and definitely got quite a bit more pulled into the story. I'm not totally engrossed yet, but I've definitely become quite a bit more interested. I have the next several volumes checked out from the library right now, so expect to see more of this in the coming weeks.
Currently teetering between ratings, but it's somewhere between 3/5 or 4/5 (so hovering somewhere between 7.5/10 & 8/10)

me ha gustado bastante pero me da miedo que el resto se haga repetitivo porque en la parte final se me estaba haciendo un poco bola
