Awww me hizo llorar demasiado ❤️

Dear Friends -

Please read this book. I found this on a list of "The Top Ten Books You Should Read that You Have Likely Never Heard Of" (not sure if that is the exact name - and thought that the premise sounded interesting. And, all I can say is that these 98 pages packed a very big punch. As I finished the last few paragraphs, I was crying my eyes out. And when it was over, all I wanted to do is start again. I promise, and agree, that this is not one to miss.

This book may be a quick read, but its thought-provoking themes linger long after you've finished the book. I wish everyone could read this book in their lifetime. It is beautifully written in a way that characterises Ashmol and the bringing of a community makes this book very wholesome and heartwarming.

I actually quite enjoyed this !! a charming little story

There are few things I like in life more than sad Australian fiction. This book does not disappoint!

What an odd but touching story. Great narrator.

I just couldn't relate to it, though I know that behind (finding) a child's imaginary friends there's an entire life philosophy - if it's hard to see smth, it doesn't mean that thing doesn't exist or if you don't find smth it doesn't mean you should stop looking for it. OK, so the story is simple, innocent, childish a.s.o. Anyone can spare an hour or so to read it.

P.S. Dear author, Ashmol tries too hard to sound like Holden.

It was kinda slow read even tho the book was short. The ending was sad and that made the book worth the read. :(
