I did not see that coming. I have so many weird feelings spinning around in my head right now. Gosh what a amazing issue.

WHAT THE WHAT.

Seriously.

Guess the cover set the tone pretty well but really.

I am so happy.

The last two issues were rough. The pace felt off, and Ananke's motivation seemed to have become "Fiat such that this plot can move us along towards a big boom and the next death." It was weird and clunky and irritatingly irrational if not without precedent in context ("I will give a slightly ridiculous excuse about how "you might find out" and then tell you all about this apple on this tree that you must not eat because it will give you what you want and that would be a terrible thing, and I unfathomably now expect you to not do this.")

This? This "all the rules are out the window maybe she might be a bad guy but she killed her parents so she's definitely not a good guy everything you knew was wrong" change up? Gives all of that stuff potential. And once again, I've got faith.

I'm sorry I ever doubted you.

Brilliant. Utterly brilliant.

I didn't like this cover, a bit too gory.
