Props to the people that adapted this book into a show, because they made Joe actually somewhat likeable in live action. A really good and well written book, but Joe is so much worse and creepier in this. It was rough trying to read through his insane internal monologues.

Watched the show and then decided to read the book. Book of course was much better even though I loved the show! If you think Joe is creepy in the show, the book takes Joe to a whole other level.

The only thing I truly loved about this book was the fact that Santino Fontana was the audiobook narrator.

*sigh*

I was fully expecting to love this book, but honestly, I was bored rather than creeped out.

I almost gave this 1 star, but instead gave it 2 for the potential a story like this could have, and Santino's fantastic narration.
