After reading a disappointing book from Christie, I wanted to pick up a book that will say afterall that bad book was a passing cloud. And indeed 4:50 from paddington is surely an intricate plot with twists reserved for the end ONLY. The twist is revealed in probably the last two pages of the book and it turned out to be quite interesting!
Everything is fair in love and war! this perfectly applies for the plot.
An elderly woman happens to have a glimpse of a murder being committed in the train thats speeding in the opposite direction of hers. She tells it to the police but shockingly, the morning papers show nothing about a body being found or anything out of the box. Later the body turns up in the sarcophagus of Crackenthorpe's family and immediately every member in the family (who happened to be at the house for Christmas) become a suspect!
