Not one of Christie's best, but also not very memorable, which is not a bad thing as I've read this one before.
I was ill while reading the book and I used it to distract me. It served its purpose, but I am still very confused about some of the decisions made by the characters in this novel. For the 'solution' to make any sense, I think there's at least one, perhaps two, chapters 'missing'.

My first Miss Marple and I really enjoyed it! She's less involved than Poirot usually is, but that allows us plenty of time with a wonderful cast. The investigation is as fascinating and clever as you'd expect from Christie, and there's a twist I audibly gasped at among the various surprises! I was wrong about who the killer was, but thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing
