Good but simple characterisation in this book - epithet-y particularly with Mrs McGilliguddy & the two school boys
Overall good, fun twist
Enjoyed the Lucy Eylesbarrow love story - it actually fit her character really well, I also think it was good to see it wasn't sexist - she was doing it to help him, as a fun project basically is how I interpreted it
