Once upon a time, there was a book that spoke of four girls—their tales separate, yet intertwined all the same. One could not exist without the other, nor could any of them reach the end of their stories on their own. They were the best of friends; they laughed together, they cried together, they breathed together. And most importantly, they lived together, maybe not happily, but most definitely ever after.
