Soooooo slow!!! Wanted to know what happens but kept putting it down
The idea behind this is good, but I was disappointed in the execution. The friendships between the girls felt forced and the romantic relationships were laking heart. I just wasnt rooting for any of them. The magic and setting was cool, but the reveal and the end felt like it came out of the blue.
five stars simply for the fact that rory and pippa are in the top five lesbian couples ever there better be a fanfic of them

i wish i would have reread the first book again before reading this one because i was a little lost at places but overall not bad. the ending did get kind of messy in my opinion and went pretty quickly so it was a bit hard to follow but still a good story

This books, and duology, was so much better than I was expecting. It’s so well written and the characters are all so unique. I loved that it’s a bunch of different fairytales told in a different way than just another retelling of one of them. I didn’t want to put it down and now that it’s over I wish there was another book.
While I did have a guess as to what wS going on I didn’t think it would be how it ended up and I love that.
