The most angsty OV published this year.

I could not put this book down! I love fated mates as a trope, but when they are rejected? OH MY GOSH, I eat that up. The characters were so much fun, the omega especially. I really love OV stories where the omega is a little unhinged and knows EXACTLY what she wants and is willing to do anything to get it.

This book made me feel all the feels, multiple times and dramatically, so keep the tissues nearby. This book is so worth the read!

The color of the FMC’s eyes changed throughout the book, which is a pet peeve of mine, so that took me out of the story a bit. I would’ve liked to see more groveling after everything the MMCs put her through.

3 stars for this one!

I was so excited to receive an ARC for this book from Harper Lennox. I am a huge fan of omega verse books. Sadly this one missed the mark for me :/

- first I did feel this book was a bit long. They were in love with someone else a majority of the time and it made the story feel slow and not a lot happened. It took 32 chapters which was over half the book.
- second there was NO groveling at all! I can do a bully or rejected mate OV but if there is not any groveling, the characters are not very redeemable for me. she also forgives them too quickly.

by the end of it you really could not root for any of them to win her back sadly.

Such a sweet and super steamy love story with humor. This was just what I needed right now. This story is enjoyable to read and characters written wonderfully. It was intense, brimming with twists, and spicy in all the best ways. The story was nearly non-stop action (of every definition of that word), and I couldn’t put it down once I started reading. This is a easy read with great characters and I'll definitely read more of Harper's books.

Evie has been looking forward to finding "the ones" - the ones that would complete her and give her the family she has been craving since her mother died. Unfortunately, her dream match in the Blackwood pack isn't what it appears to be and even though she knows they don't want her, she is backed into a corner by her father to accept the pack. The Blackwoods are still hung up on their former mate who left them for another alpha and in order to not lose the company, they too are forced into a bonding they don't want. They leave Evie on the night of their bonding without completing the bond in hopes it will make her run back home.
Evie took me by surprise along with her alphas - it was easy to write her off as a spoiled rich omega given her up bringing but the guys soon learned that not everything is what it seems. My heart absolutely broke for Evie and I loved that she took time to grieve and then came out swinging - these guys didn't know what hit them. The book kept a good pace and was well-written. My only irks with the books were that the guys seemed to be pretty famous and well-known yet no one seemed to know that they had already been bonded and that the groveling didn't last longer! I will definitely be on the look out for more books from Harper.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
