The audiobook was really well done and a great listen before bed. The book itself reminds me of reading Alice in Wonderland, with wordplay jokes about nearly everything and had me chuckling into my pillow.

Oh, my goodness! Best book ever. How can one not love this book. Full of humor. I really enjoy word-play and so I can't but help but love this book. I'm upset Milo can't go back to the lands beyond. I love Tock. He's a wonderful WATCHdog! I can't say much about Humbug. I suppose he means well but he is quite grumpy and is quite disagreeable. Althought he is one ugly creature, you can't help but like that bug a bit.
Oh, I have a new boyfriend. Milo. LOL. JK. I really do love Milo, though. I want to go to The Lands Beyond! Of course a while ago at recess I tried to go to Antartica but since it's spring I had a hard time. I love words and it would be amazing to go to Dictionopolis.

I understand why I disliked it in third grade: it freaked me out and I didn't understand it's cleverness.

Now, returning to it 10 years later, I loved it. The entire thing is witty as all get-out. Everything is a play on words. I loved it! An easy read, it kept me guessing in an entirely different way (because, let's face it, I didn't remember anything besides my impression of it).
