Okorafor’s imagination and ability to create metaphor as social commentary leaves me shaking my head every time.

Thought provoking, funny, and engaging. I liked the "messiness" of the illustrations that captured the complexity of the different environments.

I have been a fan of Okoranfor for several years. The story was great and the set stunning. Yes. A basic story. Sure it could just have gone further. But this will open so many eyes to issues in the world. Not just kids who should absolutely be concern this. Highly recommend you sit down and enjoy another of Okoranfor's world and Ford's art.
