the first book i bought for myself for the first time in years. i was so excited to read as soon as i got it. took me a few days before i actually started because i was feeling overwhelmed, but i feel as if i've read the book at precisely the right time i needed to.

about the book itself, it was easy to read and follow. glad this was the first book i read out of the many books on my list. i like how it's straightforward but needs time to be digested, though some parts became repetitive (but i think it's meant to be that way so it really sinks in). an easy but good read ⭐
