This is a good comic, and a required read to get the full story of The Hogh Republic. Keeve is a delightful character to read/see and getting more Avar and Sskeer is just what the doctor ordered. I wish they’d collected the full Drengir arc rather than issues 1-5, but that’s not how comic collections is usually work, so I can dig it.

I loved the art in this comic. It was so well done. Also I felt like I was there with them. Studying each page as best as I could while keeping the story going. Story wise was okay. The ending was crazy!! I can't wait to continue it when the next volume is out.

Original rating was 2 stars - This was meh, it feels like its missing the Star Wars vibe. A lot of the plot lines seemed kind of hard to understand.

Boy was I wrong! I think I enjoyed it more after reading the other High Republic books.
