All of the build up so far really paid off in this book for me and I loved learning more of the Odd Sisters and the impacts their interference has had on others and the reaction of those such as Nanny and the Fairy Godmother and I loved following the journey Circe took to further understand them and form her own opinion on them rather than solely listening to the words of others.

Honestly pleasantly surprised by the book. I think a lot of it has do with the fact that I listened to the audiobook and the narrator did a great job, but I think this storyline was also much better.
It's still not the best writing and I think the whole concept of all the Disney villains existing in one world is ridiculous, but since this was more focused on the Odd Sisters, which are an original concept, it was definitely more enjoyable. Also, surprisingly, the Odd Sisters weren't in this story a lot and since they annoyed me so much in the previous books this was a lot better. With the book ending the way it did, I'm more hopeful with the series going forward now that my biggest issues are kind of out of the way.

This is the book you have been waiting for throughout the series. It gives you answers but still leaves you questioning. These stories do the best job at showing a different prospective.

Wow! What an amazing story. I loved how Serena was able to tie all the storylines together. You learn why the Odd Sisters hate Snow White, who Circe really is and who Jacob was before he became the protector of the Dead Forest. You also learn the true identity of the Odd Sisters, and I did not see that coming. A story of love, loss, betrayal and sacrifice. Could not put it down.
