Really enjoyed the concept of the 13 story treehouse in this book. I'm sure that as a child, having something like that would have been a dream come true! Andy and Terry are the two main characters in this book and enjoy spending their time hanging out in their treehouse and writing lots of books. They are past deadline for their publisher on their latest book and scramble to get a piece started. Along the way, they encounter catnaries, sea monkeys, and a giant gorilla. This story is sure to delight young readers with active imaginations.

My kids continue to absolutely love these totally ridiculous and silly books. Keep them coming!

I didn't get this book but my son enjoyed it and wants to read others in the series, so take the 9 year-old's endorsement over mine!

Imaginative and slapstick with lots of drawings, this may appeal to reluctant readers.

I personally didn't love the book. HOWEVER, this book is for 6-9 kids and my two children who fall in that age range loved it and thought it was funny. It's a graphic novel, with lots of made up silly things, the chapters are short, and it's a fun read aloud or fun read for 7 & 8 year olds.

Pretty sure this would be a great book for reluctant readers. Short stories within stories within stories within a comic.

Truly the dumbest book I've ever read. But my kid liked it, so I guess that's a win.
