I absolutely loved this book, it’s a hard read at times as it does cover serious topics but it is well worth reading.  I loved Wren she has been through some of the hardest times but she is so strong and sassy.  I enjoyed seeing her relationships develop with all the guys at different rates and how they take care of her is so sexy. Brilliant read.

I loved this so much. Wren’s story broke me in the most horrible and beautiful ways. It’s hauntingly dark and profoundly healing. I cannot recommend this story or its author, Jenn Bullard, enough.

Knot My Sin by Jenn Bullard was not what I was expecting at all.  The book overview was just so vague and basic.  But d.a.m.n. That book was straight 🔥.  I described a lot of FMC’s as strong and bada$$, but Wren?  That woman is the end, the beginning, the quintessential, the most epic FMC I have the pleasure of reading.  She was dealt the crappiest hand in life and it was like she just grew to accept it.  Not in a Stockholm way, just in a way to save herself way.  I LOVED that once Flynn found her, he was unwilling to let her go.  He knew she was someone important.  The alphas, Shaw, Ambrose & Everest, all seemed super stereotypical “alpha” but they all had their own individual personalities. They knew they messed up and spent a lot of time making up for it.  Just as they should have!!

The drama that was in this story was just…intense!  So many exceptionally powerful ups and downs.  The emotional roller coaster was transcendental.

I could not get enough of this story, I didn’t want to put it down!  I loved the supporting characters as well.  Aisling and Jasper both need their own stories!  I was totally stoked at the end when I saw that Jasper for sure is getting a book!  Now I just hope to see Aisling’s story soon!

Seriously fantastic book!!  Great story, amazing characters, awesome spice!  🔥🔥🔥🔥

DID NOT FINISH: 55%

DNF’d at 55% bc it’s just trauma porn. Put rape on-page without dealing with the resulting trauma on-page. (There was graphic torture on-page too for that matter).

The dudes were dicks to mistreat someone they ‘bought’, even if they had no intention of caring for them. She was a human and they didn’t offer food, clothing, shower, bed to her before sending her on her way.

Anyway it just felt off and then they jumped in bed together and it didn’t make sense

Look, if you read books just for the spice and smut, then this is perfect for you
The spice scenes are hot hot
And the switch between FM /MM /FMM/ MFM/ MMFMM was a cold-shower worthy

However, personally, and even when I like spice in books, I love a good plot and characterization more

This had great start but unfortunately failed to follow through
The blurb of the book happens in the first three chapters and that's it
After that it's the three SSS
Sex, Spice, Smut
Wren was sold when she was 10 to a pedophilia alpha who sold her when she turned 20 but still was obsessed with her.
The three Alphas and their omega bought her on impulse (they were there looking for her in fact) and did not know who she is.
The same day, they treat her badly and allow her to go not knowing she's in her heat
They search for her for three days and then they grovel grovel grovel and sex sex sex

So here is my issue.
I did not feel there was a need for groveling
I did not see this as betrayal
They did not know her
There was no time for them to form any bond or connection
They were right to think they did not want her in their lives

I wished she stayed with them long and the betrayal would mean more because they were really batelling their feelings

Also, there was a really eery brushing off to "being raped"
Wren was raped daily for 10 years
That girl needed therapy urgent
Something her brother mentions
But the 3 Alphas believe that sex cures all

||spoiler||

Flynn also is raped at the end, and immediately he wants his alpha to fuck the memory out?????

This is unhealthy

There is something I liked though
The author has two completely opposite sides

She really knows how to write sweet gestures followed by hot sex

BUT
The goory gruesome torture scenes she wrote?! My God! She has a kick for cutting off penises

One last thing
I know this is an Omegaverse book
But using the word "knot" 96 times, same for "slick" and "perfume" 30 times is too much
