“A Love Story” might be written in small letters below the title of this book, but that doesn’t prepare you for just how much of a love story it truly is. Love for the universe, for Earth, for science, for family, and for love itself. I cried a half dozen times throughout and each time with more intensity. Absolutely breathtaking from beginning to end.

Love story that is about Space Shuttle astronauts, well written as shown by the fair treatment the author gives to all of her characters, especially the two main ones.

emotional tense fast-paced

It's been a while since a book made me feel (sob) this much 😩 The pacing was perfect, as we flashed between a situation in the present tense and all of the history and relationships that built up to that moment. This book is so easy to binge read and I found myself invested in the story from within first ten pages (truly a rarity). The only issues I had with this book were the heavy religious moments/passages, that just made me feel a bit uncomfortable as an atheist. Other than that, this book is absolutely deserving of 5 stars.
