Atmosphere is proof that Taylor Jenkins Reid can make me care about things I never thought I’d be interested in, like space. Somehow, I was hooked on every page. The way she writes about love is breathtaking: messy, complicated, and real. Her portrayal of the struggles same-sex relationships face was tender and powerful, giving the story both heart and weight. I laughed, cried, and devoured every chapter.
