WHOAAA, Great book..Great Factos..Just perfecto. I will diffinetly go over this book again in the future, I will also try to apply all the mature people paterns & point out any immaturity patern I find. My only concern is that it got really boring near the ends of the book.

The thesis and overall framework the book provides is useful. A lot of the surrounding information and anecdotes felt too vague to really support the main points, but I still gained a new way of thinking and some strategies. I see the use in this book and think it would help others.
