A pretty good opener for the story. Unfortunately, I feel like this is more Rowling settling rather than the story itself settling. There's a lot of things where I see where she's coming from, but it's just not like the rest of the series. It is, none the less, pretty decent, and with cleverly put red herrings.

I’m ashamed to say that this is the first time I have read through this book. I’ve been a fan of Harry Potter and the movies since the first film came out and just never got around to the book, but boy am I glad I finally did. The subtle difference from the book and the movie were amazing. I have to say that I’ve grown more fond of Neville from reading the book opposed to the movie. But I love how the film really did stick to the book for the most part. Such an amazing and relaxing read. I look forward to book two.
fue verdaderamente interesante escuchar el audio libro y muy muy gracioso. Por otra parte, la historia como tal es la base de la infancia de la mayoría y es que entras en un mundo tan maravilloso, como es el mundo de Harry Potter donde nos crea ese sentimiento de pertenencia donde nosotros mismos queremos formar parte de esta gran historia llena de amistad
