Still reading this series with my four year old and she remains thoroughly invested! These just get better and better as they go along. I think you’ve got to be objective as an adult when reviewing children and middle grade books. For what it is, I definitely love this series and it’s mostly 5 stars for the both of us!

This was better than the last one but not as good as the first one. Somehow everything gets a little better when elves are involved right?
