3.5, really, but bumped up for the Cozy Mystery factor. I have a lot of feelings about MHC books, most of them good.

This book is also from 1994, which was kind of a great time warp.

This book is a very well written one. It had an enticing plot with wonderful characters. The main character Meghan, is a genuine sweetheart. I felt bad for her as she began to become confused and upset at the multiple accusations of her father. I really liked some of the twisted characters as well. There was one character, Bernie, who stalked Meghan and became infatuated with her. I felt sympathetic for him. This book has an unpredictable outcome. If your looking for a book that has an unexpected ending , amazing characters and plot then this one is definitely for you.

Another good one from Mary Higgins Clark. I like these cuz they’re quick reads. I also like it when I don’t quite have it figured out at the end. Surprise me!
