I love me a good mafia romance story and then you throw in an undercover FBI agent that event better. I love that this was slow burn romance. I love how they had each other back through everything and they want to find the same thing who hurt one of their family members. I like they they stood by each other after they found everything about each other

This book definitely held my attention, I just had to know what happened next! I do wish that there was a little more chemistry between these two. Thankfully this book was believable and not completely outlandish for what could happen.

Kimi an undercover agent who is trying to take down the mafia organizations. She gets hired by Lorcan because she’s the only agent that speaks Irish. He also pretends to get close to his brother to find it if he killed his dad. I really enjoyed this book. Totally recommend reading it.

This was a good mafia romance! It has murder, betrayal, vengeance, drama, suspense and romance! One of my favorite parts was the unexpected twists! They weren't the typical twists I have come to expect from these types of books so that was a refreshing and entertaining aspect! My other favorite part was the characters I really enjoyed them and and getting to know them! I'm definitely looking forward to more books by Wendy Million! Thank you The Author Agency and Wendy Million for sharing this book with me!
Kimi is deep undercover in the organized crime business as Kim, simply doing her job. She ends up with the Donaghey brothers, hired by one brother (Lorcan), to investigate the other brother (Finn), trying to uncover who killed their father, just doing her job… until she finds out that they may be connected to her deceased older brother. Now she's trying to do her job, finding the information she needs to build a case against them for the FBI, trying to dig deeper to find out more information about the job she was hired to do, find out information about her brother's unsolved murder, trying not to fall for Lorcan all the while just trying to stay alive and keep her story straight. Is she able to find out the information she needs for all of her investigations without getting the lines blurred between Kimi and Kim?

Irish mafia books have become one of my favorite subgenres!! This book not disappoint!! Agent Kimi has a huge decision to make. Being bad feels good!!.
