The kids had fun trying to figure out the mystery.
The reveal was... a bit ridiculous and we came up with alternative causes on our own. Overall, we had fun reading this, but it wasn't as good as Bob for us.

ARC from Netgalley.
I love Wendy Mass and I love Rebecca Stead and when they get together, it is nothing short of magical. I adored this novel. It explored grief, and coming-of-age all while solving a decades old mystery. I've already purchased this title for my library and I cannot wait to get it in!

I don’t know that this would appeal to a kid, but it was a balm to my jaded librarian heart.
