So Oliver LaVoy may possibly be the worst character to ever exit…
The twist and turns are very fun and it was a pretty intense atmosphere. Arthur being involved is kind of a flop though, some of his actions honestly don’t make a lot of sense and it all just being swept up with the “I didn’t know my brother would actually do that” (rip Don and Joyce, y’all deserved better) bro you are in the mafia… overall pretty fun though, really like that Red got that resolution with her mom, girl deserved that (even though she got SHOT BY A COP)! ACAB

Holy shit this book was good. Like whew Holly ya really cooked with this one. I mean from the constant fixation on random stuff to the foreshadowing of stuff from the very beginning, this really was a good thriller mystery. Also the way
I so wanted Oliver to die but in my head being like “nah he’s too nasty to not live” and then him actually dying? ✨Perfect✨
By the way, Red really had me scared for a moment there. Although her talking again with her mom was sweet and all, it was also devastating. Luckily she pushed through.

"That's for the six of you to figure out. And remember one thing:
You can't see me but I can see you. If you try to run, I will shoot."

Y'know this did go crazy. Maybe a lil too crazy at the end.
This book does all happen in one location, which can be difficult to pull off, but I think it did it well.

I still don't get why Red acts the way she does. Several times she's randomly like "No one LOVES ME" like girl I get it but lets take a moment.

Oliver was so overbearing tho he nearly caught these hands.

If the book went a bit deeper with the connections between the characters I defo woulda liked it even more.
