One of my favorite graphic novels of all time. I had to wait a bit for this one to come out — it’s crazy that they’re already up to the fourth one. In this iteration of lore, Hades is dating nymph, (Minthe the nymph) who keeps making their toxic relationship all the more toxic. Persephone continues her apprenticeship and tried to be the model maiden of eternal chastity. Which proves harder than expected.

This volume made me cry. It takes a lot for a book to make me cry and I cried ;u;
This is fast approaching slow burn territory and it’s killing me! I love that this volume explores more of the side characters, like how Eros got his little redemption arc as well as Aphrodite somewhat! This series is just so beautiful and amazingly drawn I love it so much!
Everything about Lore Olympus is witty, wonderful and beautiful to look at. Even the cringey bits can be forgiven since mythology really is just the world's oldest soap opera. Volume three was laugh out loud funny in several scenes, and even though I tried to savor it, I still devoured this entirely in one sitting.
I am in love with Lore Olympus. I've been reading the series on WebToon and hope to one day add the physical copies of the books to my collection. The story, the art style, the vibrant colors that tell such a compelling story. I could not stop reading once I started Episode 1.

Thank goodness for Eros. I’m so glad someone finally knows what happened to Persephone. Beautiful imagery in this book as always. Looking forward to finishing the next two, not looking forward to having to wait until May and October for the 6th and 7th ones
