i’ve had this book on my radar since early 2022 and finally over 3 years later i have read ittt. this is my third kathryn foxfield book and yet again i have had the experience where the first 50ish pages are a tough read the writing is off but the story gets good that i get invested. probably my least favourite of hers so far but still a pretty good read. i did keep losing track of each individual secret/confession so i had to keep going back lol. the ending idk how to feel but i guess it makes sense that we don’t really know the resolution to the story. i liked that this was an actual horror book because as much as i liked it’s behind you it just made me want to read an actual supernatural horror book so finding out this was actually ghostly was really cool. side note i’ve absolutely blasted through this book this was supposed to last me my whole week holiday and i finished it in the first 3/4 days

Just an average book, didn’t like the supernatural ghosts but the writing over all was pretty good. The writer also made me attached to most of the characters, the ending was a bit confusing though.
