I guess the third time is the charm because I finally really enjoyed one of these books!! I'm a big fan of Sherlock adaptations so I was lowkey disappointed that I didn't vibe with the first two books. I think short stories proved to be a much better format for his mysteries because they were all really excellent and didn't overstay their welcome. Idk what I'm going to do once these go back to regular novels.

nice

Me encantó. Mi favorito fue "El aristócrata solterón" :)

3,5 stars.
It does get a bit repetitive, but was very charming and fit the autumnal vibe very well.
And the ending made me really sad.

These short stories were good but I do prefer the novels. My favorite short stories from this book was "A Scandal in Bohemia" and "The Adventure of the Engineer's Thumb".

This was a pretty fun easy read. After a while I started to get bored so even though this wasn't all of the adventures I think I read enough.
