very good follow-up to Now Find your Strengths. Easy to read, with very actionable steps to take to help you find your place in your job or seek out a better way to work.
Helped me see my regular way of being as strength instead of weakness or lack.
I'm not sure that I should even give this book a rating... There was no story so I didn't think it is right for me to rate it. ANYWAYS - I actually recommend this book for anyone who is about to graduate high school or is currently in college. Know your strengths, know your weaknesses, and don't pick a career where you'll want to shoot yourself.
I have so far really enjoyed the insights of Strengths Finder, though I am still processing most of the info and finding ways to implement the action items in my life. My top 5 were Context, Intellection, Input, Learner, and Ideation.
Tbh, it is very expensive, mostly for the online quiz. And I probably wouldn't place it anywhere near the top of my must read wellbeing books. But I can see it being helpful in an office/corporate setting though.

With the purchase of this book, one can take the Strengths Finder test. A code is included in the book. Without the book, the test costs over $80.00. Unfortunately, I bought this book used so I couldn't take the test. But, if one is willing to carefully read the descriptions of the different strengths, you can pretty well figure out what your strengths are. As a human resources coordinator, I think being familiar with the strengths will be helpful in knowing what work or ministry new missionaries would be good at.

Test to determine your strengths is good. Check. Ideas about focusing on your best traits and spending your life in a career that effectively utilizes your best traits. Check. Depth of information is seriously lacking. This book was like an appetizer, tastes good but not filling.
Really interesting personality analytics that help you focus on your strengths. I loved this little book and its given me some good insights into a way I can adapt my strengths to more success at work!
I'm into positive self help books at the moment, so if you have any recommends let me know!

Required reading. Haha. Basically more of a workbook.
