If anyone wants to know my top five are 1. Achiever 2. Learner 3. Input 4. Intellection and 5. Arranger

Would be more helpful if you didn't need purchase test results

Interesting book. You take a test and it determines what your top 5 strengths are and how you can use them to your benefit.

This book is a good introduction into business self-help. I’d liken it to Myers Briggs or other personality tests of that nature. The reason why I’m rating it two stars is because it’s very base level. I think there are other tests similar to this that do a better job of breaking down the information and teaching you how to act on it.

really enjoyed this book in combination with the leadership class i've had. lots of insight into my own behaviors. what i can change and what i can't. and a better understand of others and what skills make a great team.

Part one is good, he emphasizes that hard work not alway works, you've to find your strength or/and talent and then work hard on your strength or talent. This is the way you can achieve success best.

But part two is filled with shit, sorry I don't use such word but you'll agree with me once you read this part of book. He mentioned different themes, then the introduction of themes after that two or three opinions about that theme and at the end of every theme he suggests how you can nourish this particular theme more. It seems to me that book's written using Artificial intelligence tools, where you give specific prompts to Ai tools and then they generate information according to the keywords you provided to software.

Besides, this book is poorly researched. I find no reason to write a such book that gives you nothing to learn. I don't know what author of the book kept in mind while he was writing this book. Literally he introduces a theme, after that a few opinions of people, then recommendations for people to tell them how to find and treat people who have such theme prominent in their personality, and lastly he advises to the one who possesses particular themes.

I strongly recommend you no to read this book. This will only waste your time and money.

Only read the front half bc the used book I bought did not have the test log in. Good stuff about habit change though.

Though I know it's pseudo-science, I enjoy these types of "personality tests" if for nothing more they lead people to spend time being introspective. I liked the positive spin on this one, focusing on one's strengths instead of what someone needs to improve. However, I think they are charging too much since each book is pretty much single-use (you need the code to take the test online). Work paid for mine luckily.
