Felt a little slow to start, having read inside perron manor gave me a feeling like i already knew this stuff. (Im well aware this is a me problem but I rated it both objectively and subjectively) After about 50 pages it started to warm up quite a bit i found myself throughly enjoying this, Im defiantly going to continue with the series.

Saw this recommended a few times and I thought I’d check it out. It was a good read. Certainly let had me a little spooked at times. I’ll probably read more of this series at a later date.
medium-paced
I enjoyed this and read it within a couple of days which is always a good sign. All the action came in the last quarter of the book, but this didn’t detract from me enjoying the read and being left eager to start Book #2.
