Felt a tiny bit less entertaining and well-paced than the first two volumes. While the carousel of characters is still entertaining, the action seemed to be stuck and everything felt a little more predictable. Nonetheless still a great series and looking forward to read what happens next.

Actual plot development was light compared to the last two volumes, but the dialogue and art were top notch. I especially have to credit the dialogue for capturing things my friends and I would say if we were taking care of babies and were a little more witty. I cannot say enough good about the woodcraft displayed by Vaughn.

Second volume was my fave so far, but kudos to more new characters here which raised a whole lot of revelations. So glad to see Hazel growing up quite fast, too. Definitely excited for her future! :)
